Issue: Follow-up emails were not being sent for Yes/No and Ranking question types. Additionally, for Select All, Multiple Choice, and Dropdown question types, follow-up emails were erroneously sent when multiple values were set.

Fix: This issue has been resolved. Follow-up emails will now be correctly triggered for Yes/No and Ranking question types. For Select All, Multiple Choice, and Dropdown question types, follow-up emails will only be sent according to the correct configurations, ensuring they are sent appropriately based on the selected values.

  • Response Rate & Score Change Display: In Survey Dashboard & CrossSurveyDashboard, we have enhanced the survey dashboard and cross-survey dashboard by displaying the response rate and the percentage change in score right next to the survey title. This comparison is made with the previous date range, allowing users to easily track performance over time.

  • Default Date Range Implementation: In Survey Dashboard & CrossSurveyDashboard, the default date range for data display is now set from "today minus thirty days" to "today". This ensures that users are always viewing the most recent and relevant data without needing to manually adjust the date range.

  • Survey Listing Tab: Similarly, when users click on a survey title in the survey listing tab and are redirected to the dashboard page, the default date range is set to "today minus thirty days" to "today".

  • Date Range Control Relocation: We have streamlined the user interface by moving the 'Edit Date Range' option from the transactional overview section to the top of the dashboard, right next to the survey title. This makes it more accessible and intuitive for users to adjust the date range as needed.

  • Survey Dropdown Filter

  • Dashboard Tab: The surveys dropdown menu in the dashboard tab has been refined to display only "Live" surveys. Draft and retired surveys have been removed from this view, allowing users to focus solely on active surveys for better data management and analysis.

Survey Builder Enhancements

  • Automatic Label Translation: Any modifications to labels in English within the Survey Builder will now automatically trigger a translation to Spanish. To support this functionality, we have added a new column to the Localized Questions table to store the English text, ensuring consistent and accurate translations.

  • Survey Builder: We have resolved an issue where Yes/No question options were not being translated into Spanish. This fix ensures that all survey content is appropriately localized for Spanish-speaking users.

  • Invite Statistics Calculation Adjustment : When calculating response rates for live surveys, we have excluded invites and responses that were submitted while the survey was in draft mode. This adjustment provides a more accurate reflection of the survey's performance during its active period.

  • Validation to check for duplicate survey names: This new feature will help to ensure that you don't accidentally create multiple surveys with the same name.

  • Display a column 'IsMultilingualEnabled' to indicate the status of multilingual flag: The credit union members can create surveys in Spanish only if multilingual option is enabled under the client profile.

  • Localization :Surveys can now be localized to be accessible in Spanish, expanding their reach and enabling you to cater to a more diverse audience by offering survey content in Spanish.

    • Questions Tab: When creating a new survey, credit union personnel will not have the option to select the language preference (English or Spanish) if the multilingual option is disabled in their client profile.

    • Invitation Tab Preview: End-users (credit union customers) receiving the survey link should be able to choose between English and Spanish for both email and SMS invitations, provided their client profile has SMS service and the multilingual option enabled.

    • Follow-up Tab in English Language: Follow-up messages will be sent to credit union customers in either English or Spanish, based on their original survey response. This feature is only available for clients with multilingual capabilities.

    • Survey Preview: End-users (credit union customers) receiving the survey link should have the option to complete the survey in either English or Spanish via email and SMS, if their client profile includes SMS service and the multilingual option is enabled.

Enhancements

  • Validation to avoid survey translation for Live surveys: This improvement will help to prevent you from accidentally translating a survey that is already live.

  • Presentation tab - Made the fields mandatory: This improvement will help to ensure that all the required information is filled out before you can publish a survey.

  • Survey/Manage page, allow sorting the records based on Status. This improvement will allow you to sort your surveys by status, which can be helpful for finding specific surveys.

  • Survey Builder: When saving the survey/changing the language, the page should reload with current tab (tab which was recently selected by the user) as the active tab. This improvement will help to save you time and effort by keeping you on the tab you were working on when you save your survey or change the language.

  • Survey Builder: Configure the Survey Builder so that the survey status dropdown is only enabled for the English language. It should be disabled when switched to Spanish, preventing any changes. To edit, switch to English, make the changes, and then return to Spanish.

Bug fixes

  • Survey title would get trimmed when there is a hyphen in the survey title. This bug fix will ensure that your survey titles are displayed correctly, even if they contain hyphens.

  • When in Survey Builder, on Click of the back button, navigate to Survey/Manage page. This bug fix will ensure that the back button takes you to the expected location.
