Invite Statistics

The Invite Statistics tab is a feature within the application that provides a detailed summary of the status and effectiveness of survey invitations sent to members. This tab enables users to monitor various metrics related to the delivery and interaction with these invitations over a specified date range.

Key Features:

  • Delivery Method Filtering: Users can now filter the invite statistics by delivery method, selecting between Email, SMS, or Email and SMS combined. This allows for a more detailed analysis of how each method performs in terms of delivery and interaction.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Below the graph, the tab displays KPIs for each metric, providing both the percentage and the exact count. This section offers a quick snapshot of the performance metrics for the selected date range.

  • Date Range Selection: Users can choose a custom date range to analyse the invite statistics. The data and graph will adjust accordingly to reflect the performance during the selected period.

  • Detailed Insights: A link at the bottom of the tab allows users to view detailed bounce and unsubscribe information, providing deeper insights into potential issues with delivery.

  • Percent and Count View: Users can toggle between viewing metrics as percentages or as absolute numbers for a clearer understanding of the data.

  • Interactive Graphs: The tab includes an interactive graph that visualizes key metrics such as:

    • Sent: The number of survey invitations sent out.

    • Deferred: Invitations that were delayed or postponed.

    • Delivered: The percentage and number of invitations successfully delivered.

    • Email Opens: The percentage and number of emails opened by recipients.

    • Completed: The completion rate of the survey by those who received the invitations.

    • Bounces/Fails: The number of failed deliveries, such as emails that bounced back.

    • Drops: The number of emails or messages that were dropped and not delivered.
