Trends

The Trends tab is beta feature that gives insight into the change in member responses over time.

Question Trends

The question trends compares the average scores of survey responses between two date ranges: Edit Date Range A and Edit Date Range B. For example, the responses of Aug 1-21 would be compared against the responses of July.Both the date ranges are customizable as per user preference.

Each question is further broken down to show the trend within each credit union branch. Each number represents a percent change, in the average, between the two compared periods. Note that only scorable questions are included, since other question types, such as multiple-choice, cannot be numerically quantified.

Take care to consider the effect of a small sample size in these trends. For example, in a sample size of ten survey responses, a single negative member response may indicate a large downward trend, when the response may, in actuality, be an outlier.
